Polymorph Pellets 3mm x 100g

Polymorph will change the way you make parts and repair items

Polymorph is a commercial grade thermoplastic that softens enough to be formed into any shape at around 62 - 65° C and remains shapeable until it cools down to around 50 degrees.

To use you simply heat the pellets in hot water or with a hair dryer. Until it changes to a clear color and the pellets start to bond or melt together, at this time poly morph is now ready to use, simply remove it from the water or heat and start  molding or shaping it how you want and if you need to reshape it or make changes just heat it again.

Polymorph hardens at room temperature to form a tough plastic material similar in consistency and colour to Nylon

Once cool It can be drilled, sanded, ground, machined, painted or heated and reformed again and again.

Endless uses in part manufacture, prototyping, engineering, science, lab, craft, repairing or rebuilding missing, broken or worn parts and hundreds more.

There is no wastage with polymorph as the waste material , leftovers and off cuts can be kept and reheated and re used at a later date
