JAPANESE WATER STONE 3000 / 1000g
Made by Miyako in Japan these sharpening stones are a must have for the true craftsman and are produced to this highest of standards.
These fine sharpening stones feature a double sided design with a different grit on each side thus giving you two different grits on the one stone.
The whetstones are used with a small amount of water as the lubricant (Note: do not use oil) and come complete with a rubberized block on the bottom that creates a non slip base, making sharpening and holding the stone easier.
The Combination of the whetstones 3000 &1000 grit makes this the perfect stone for sharpening and honing dull knives, thus allowing you to bring back to a razor sharp edge.
